I feel like there are rules on arriving with Stuff, but I can't find them,,, I'M SORRY IF THEY'RE RIGHT THERE AND I'M JUST BEING BLIND

That said: what can souls arrive with on their person? Like, if someone has a wearable magic item, would it come with? would it be depowered? would/could they do a quest to get it and/or its powers back??
