GREED RING GASHABONANZA

You approach a mysterious vending machine in the Greed ring, and a tall, broad demon wearing clothes and accessories from times and worlds unfamiliar to you speaks in a booming voice.

"With this machine, you pay with the power of your desire. Want all you want, but there's never any guarantee you'll get what you need. Show me your desire, and I'll convert it to coin. Then, all you need to do is turn the knob."

Welcome to the Greed Ring's Gasha Machine! This is how your character can obtain regains from home, obtain strange items you'd like them to have, or alternatively, obtain mystery items requested from us mods.

Gasha Machine items can be redeemed in a few ways:

• Using a previously-unused thread of a certain number of comments


• Fulfilling a Desire Quest; I.e. starting a new thread or log on the quest subject and reaching a certain number of comments


• Hosting an Event or group log such as a mingle or mass network post

Requests are judged on a case by case basis. Here's how:

First, Request an item using the form below. You can request a regain, some kind of fun item you've thought of, or you can ask for a mod-assigned mystery item.

Tell us if you'd like a quest. Otherwise, it's assumed that the item will be redeemed using previous threads.

Using the chart below as a general judge, we'll tell you how many comments you need to exchange for that item, or we'll give you a Desire quest. A desire quest will always be fulfilled by starting a brand new thread with one or more people.

Then, just turn in your threads.


Rewards will cost within these general guidelines:

• 5-20 comments: Small items, palm-to-small-cat-sized non-sentient pets FROM HOME, laptops, computers, other small trinkets. Think no bigger than a human torso, though small transportation items such as a pair of roller skates or a skateboard would still count. A Mystery Roll for this tier costs 10 comments. A Dud Roll for a completely goofy inconsequential mystery item, like an inflatable chair, is only 5 comments.



• 25-40 comments: Medium items, along the lines of pedal bicycles, furniture, mopeds, medium sized pets from home, medium sized weapons, just really all around average things. A Mystery Roll for this tier costs 20 comments and could be anything from a life-sized Barbie doll to a plastic loveseat shaped like a pair of human hands.



• 50 comments and up: Big Stuff, powerful stuff, human-and-above-sized vehicles, gadgets, weapons, etc. Might not be available at full power. Mystery Rolls in this tier are 40 comments but could end up being something wild like your very own full size bounce castle or a weekend pass for two or more to the Lust ring's private resort...

Out of the gatchapon you get a wand! It looks like it would be the sort of thing a magic girl would have, but instead of a heart or a gem on the end, it's a crab.

When you wave the wand, a crab appears! If you wave it again, another crab appears! Keep waving, keep summoning crabs. Big ones, small ones, ones with adorable hats on. Twirl the wand and the crabs will disappear again. But the best part is: all of these crabs obey the will of the summoner.
